How to Order

1) Click on the "Add to Cart" button to add the item you desire to the shopping cart. Click the "Continue Shopping" button to add more items to your cart. When you are done shopping click on the appropriate buttons to complete the order. I will be in touch with you as soon as I receive the order.

PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are not included in the order total!!! They will need to be computed on a per order basis now that the USPS is using "zones" for their charges. I try very hard to get the proper rate applied to your order so that you are not overcharged for shipping/handling/insurance and delivery confirmation. I do not intend to make a profit off of the shipping charges.

2) Contact me via e-mail. AFlwrLdy@netscape.net
Tell me what you would like me to create for you. Please specify the colors and sizes you are looking for. We can work out all the details by e-mail. Payment can be made using PayPal or Visa and Mastercard processed through ProPay.

3) Place an order by phone. 315-733-2755 between the hours of 9 AM and 9 PM Eastern Time. Have the product item numbers or names you want and payment information ready at the time of your order. I can accept Visa and MasterCard via phone. You may also pay by check or money order. Please make them payable to: KNITS & BITS by LINDA

4) Send your order by snail-mail. Just include the items you would like, colors, sizes, style, etc. (please be as specific as possible) along with a check or money order made payable to KNITS & BITS by LINDA or provide your Visa or Mastercard info, for the total amount including the shipping charges and Sales Tax if you live in New York State. Please e-mail me for the shipping charges for the amount you owe for your order size. Also please include your phone # in case I need to contact you for further details.

PLEASE NOTE: your order will NOT be shipped until I have received your payment and it has been cleared by my bank. An additional fee of $25 will be charged if a check is returned as "insufficient funds"!!!!
