Custom Orders

Each and every item I make is a Custom Order. I will contact you to get as much detail as possible for the item(s) you are ordering. I will send you a picture of the completed item for your approval before I ship it.

The items pictured on this site are examples of the things that I can make for you but are in no way the only things I make. Have something else in mind? Just drop me a note telling me what you are looking for and we can work out the details.

Returns

Customers often ask what my return policy is. I aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, I want to hear about it. Let me know if something is wrong and I will do what I can to make it right. Please keep in mind that each order is "Custom Made". I have tried my best to create for you what you have told me you wanted. So please make sure that we understand each other before I ship your order.

I reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on returned orders. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable.

PLEASE...no returns without prior notification of your desire to return an item. Thank you!
